|Rupert Groves, MA FinstLM (Chair)||Rupert was a governor at the former Glenwood School as Chair and Vice Chair and has continued his governance duties for The Chiltern School as Chair.
A dynamic & motivational speaker and acknowledged expert in the field of learning and development, Rupert co-founded The Optima Partnership to reach out and support organisations who are striving to be the best they can be by developing excellence in their leaders and managers.
Rupert is a former senior police officer. He was appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management in recognition of his significant academic achievements including a Masters degree in the Applied Psychology of Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.
Outside his life at work, Rupert has been pro-active in school governance for many years, and currently captains the senior section of Chalgrave Manor Golf Club. His passions include life-long learning and charitable fund-raising for local and national causes. Rupert served many years as a governor and then Chair of Governors of Glenwood School.

|Richard Cooper (Vice Chair)||Richard has lived in Dunstable for more than 30 years and previously worked for Dunstable based businesses such as Pearce Duff (Dalgety Foods) and BTR Sealing Systems.
Richard now runs his own Business Coaching and Consultancy supporting SME’s across the region. Richard is passionate about business; a Director of the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce, a Business Ambassador for Bedfordshire and Chairman of the Dunstable and Houghton Regis Focus Group.
Richard served as a governor of the former Glenwood School for 25 years, both as Chair and Vice Chair. He is now Vice Chair of the Governing Body of The Chiltern School.

|Richard Mosey||Richard Mosey has been a school governor for a number of years. He served many years as governor at the former Glenwood School and has continues his governance duties for The Chiltern School. His main area of responsibility as a governor is Health & Safety within the school. Richard is a retired cinema technical manager. He worked in the cinema industry for over 30 years.

|Craig Walker||Craig joined the governing body of The Chiltern School following the merger of Glenwood and Hillcrest Schools. Craig runs his own IT business – CROGTECH IT CONSULTANCY.

|Vicky Hopkinson||Vicky is a parent governor for the Chiltern school. She is married with two daughters – the youngest attending The Chiltern School.
She taught infants in a primary school for 10 years and has been working as a childminder for the past 4 years.
